Проект под названием "Оз -великий и ужасный", который должен стать приквелом знаменитого фильма "Волшебник страны Оз", лихорадит. Как утверждает ресурс Collider, постановщик картины Сэм Рейми вступил с руководством студии Walt Disney в схватку за Хилари Суонк. Все дело в том, что Рейми хочет доверить актрисе роль одной из ведьм, тогда как боссы киностудии настаивают на кандидатуре Мишель Уильямс. Режиссер не намерен отступать, но само противостояние не сулит фильму ничего хорошего. Отметим, что у Рейми уже есть подобный опыт. Ранее компания Sony Pictures пыталась заставить постановщика взять на роль Человека-паука Уэса Бентли, но Рейми все же сумел настоять на кандидатуре Тоби Магуайра. Напомним, что главную роль - самого повелителя страны Оз - должен сыграть Джеймс Франко. Он заменит выбывшего из проекта Роберта Дауни младшего. Съемки фильма "Мстители" стартовали
